A: Points are awarded in the following manner:
Mission points are awarded immediately after you submit your response, unless it is indicated that verification is required.
For missions requiring verification, points will be awarded within a week after submission, after your response has been validated.
Friend Referral points are given after your friend clicks your invitation link, completes the sign up process, and does 1 mission.
Q: What can I do with the points I have earned?
A: Points earned in the campaign can be redeemed for any of the items on the Rewards page on a first come, first served basis.
Q: What are lifetime points?
A: Lifetime points are the total points you have accumulated from your participation in the “Ariel 100 Stains, 100 Million Dreams” campaign. This is inclusive of the points you used to redeem rewards.
Q: What are the points displayed at the top right of the campaign page?
A: This is actually your current points. This balance tells you how many points are available to redeem a reward.
Q: Do I get points only if I give positive feedback on products?
A: We value your honest opinion. As long as you’re starting authentic conversations, you will get points.
Q: How do I keep track of my points?
A: After logging in, click “Points” on your Home page to see a record of all the points you have earned, as well as points deducted in exchange for rewards.
Q: Can I transfer my points to another user in the campaign?
A: No, points are non-transferable.
Q: Will my points expire?
A: Your points will expire when the campaign ends on February 28, 2017. We will send out notifications to remind you, so please stay tuned.
Q: How do I know my ranking compared to other participants?
A: Your ranking is shown on your Home page after you log in (under “Ranking”).
Q: How do I know which rewards are available?
A: After logging in, click "Rewards" on your Home page to check what's available. Rewards are based on a first come, first served basis. Quantities will be updated so don’t forget to log in regularly to check.
Q: How do I redeem a reward?
A: Simply go to the Rewards page to check what you are able to redeem for the points you have. Choose an item, and make sure you provide all the data needed for redemption, such as a verified email address, your full name, complete delivery details, and mobile number.
Q: Is there a limit to the quantity of rewards I can redeem?
A: Each reward has its own unique restrictions. But generally, if you have sufficient points, you can redeem them for an unlimited number of available rewards.
Q: How long will it take to receive my reward?
A: Rewards are sent out on a weekly basis. Delivery time is subject to the courier's conditions for your shipping address. Log in regularly to check the delivery status of your reward by visiting your “Redemptions” page.
About The Grand Prize
Q: How will the Grand Prize winner be chosen?
A: If you have the highest ranking at the end of the campaign from having completed all your missions and invited friends to join, you'll be the grand prize winner. This is provided you are a woman over 18 years old, and reside in the Philippines.
Q: Are there any other prizes?
A: Yes, we also want to reward other top participants for all of their great work by giving a washing machine to each of the 1st to 5th runners-up.

A: After logging in, go to your Profile page, and click on the pencil icon next to the "Password" field to input your new password.
Q: What do I do if I forget my password?
A: Click on "Forgot password?" at the bottom of the dropdown Log In box, input your registered email address, and follow the instructions to recover your password.
Q: How do I sign in if I created an account via Facebook?
A: If you signed up via your Facebook account, you can only log into your account by clicking the “Log in with Facebook” button.

A: Each household is allowed to register a maximum of two accounts in this campaign. Should one user register multiple accounts, the accounts may be frozen at any time and rewards forfeited.
